missing minibar street noise

My stay began well enough, but several issues arose that soured the experience. the minibar was not restocked daily, a minor inconvenience. the gym lacked adequate ventilation, becoming quite uncomfortable during workouts. i also found the soundproofing to be insufficient. Noise from the street disrupted my sleep one night. these problems, while not major, detracted from the overall quality i expected.

The reception area and bar featured cool art and offered spacious seating. I found the spa area very relaxing. The swimming pool was amazing and the junior suite was quite spacious with two separate bathrooms.

lovely stay!

spacious room neat public areas quiet area

it was my first time at this place with my family of four. the room felt spacious and modern with very neat public areas. i used the pool with my children, and it was great (the kids especially loved it!). the location is in a nice, quiet area near the zoo and the ku-damm shopping street.

I had some difficulty communicating with the cleaning staff. They did not know english. it would be helpful if the staff had some basic english skills. otherwise, everything was great.

our beautiful suite had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, fantastic. the room also had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i could keep up with my exercise routine. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. i thought the opening hours were very convenient.
