missing minibarstreet noise

My stay began well enough, but several issues arose that soured the experience. the minibar was not restocked daily, a minor inconvenience. the gym lacked adequate ventilation, becoming quite uncomfortable during workouts. i also found the soundproofing to be insufficient. Noise from the street disrupted my sleep one night. these problems, while not major, detracted from the overall quality i expected.

it was my first time at this place with my family of four. the room felt spacious and modern with very neat public areas. i used the pool with my children, and it was great (the kids especially loved it!). the location is in a nice, quiet area near the zoo and the ku-damm shopping street.

I had some difficulty communicating with the cleaning staff. They did not know english. it would be helpful if the staff had some basic english skills. otherwise, everything was great.

The shower was excellent. It had great pressure. the room was also quiet at night, which i definitely appreciated. i think the location is convenient, it is a short walk to transport links.

The wifi signal wasn't great. It kept dropping in my room. the shower drain also seemed to be clogged a bit. I reported this.
